All purchases made through AppVault are subject to our Refund Policy. As Polar acts as the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Polar in accordance with their consumer terms and applicable consumer protection laws. 9. Software Licensing

Where any product supplied is, or includes, software, the software is licensed by Hx7 CTeam. pursuant to the applicable license agreement included with the software. Polar is the seller and Merchant of Record, but Hx7 CTeam. is the licensor of all products sold through AppVault.

10. Service Modifications

Hx7 CTeam. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hx7 CTeam. and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
